Have you thought of a staycation?

Summer is sweet even if you never travel to faraway places Du interiors As I write this, summer feels like it is taking forever to get here. But we know it’s on its way or maybe already here by the time you read this. With trips to Alaska in July and a month in Brazil in August, I have a lot to accomplish before I walk out the door with my family.  A “wants” checklist is a good way to remember what you have to do before summer is here and gone. I enjoy outings and there are so many I crave.  A day at the beach, a trip to a water park, eating a lobster roll at my favorite clam shack – but what about fun things I can do without ever leaving home? New ideas to glamorize old baths

I have spent years dreaming about remodeling my two bathrooms. Finally, I have come to the point of saying "goodbye" to the old and "hello" to the new. What better place to get design ideas than the Internet site, houzz.com . Not only is this site inspiring but it allows me to see what other designers around the world are doing. I found some standout features! A favorite is the narrow wall-mounted shelf, makeup counter with mirror above. Perfect for glamorizing a small bath for yourself or overnight guests. transitional-bathroom-st-louis    A vanity that looks like furniture is elegant.
