Living & Dining Room Reveal

First of all, if you are new here, welcome! I’m so glad you stopped by. Please feel free to browse around and click on my Portfolio  to see some other projects.
I am so excited to share this Living & Dining room reveal with you today!  I am very happy with the results.

If you want to catch up on this project, go here . The preview post will give you specifics like floor plan layout, the furniture that we kept, the inspiration board with the newly selected furniture, the before picture, the new area rug, and the new wall paper - the inspiration for this project.

This client loves color and pattern. The use of blues & oranges were the clients request for this project….I will leave words to a minimum and let the photos speak for themselves.

And this is what it looks like after some pieces were delivered.
Entry: Gabbeh runner/console/round mirror/lighting & accessories

The major changes in the living room area were eliminating one of the sofas (black) and the ottoman and adding an area rug, a large artwork piece for the wall, and some new accent pieces.

We are adding a white live orchid on the coffee table

In the dining room area we kept the mirror and the dining table & chairs (to be replaced next year) .
The major changes were adding the new area rug and the wall paper to the back wall to pick up from the orange/red colors from the LR rug.

Quarry Lake kitchen reveal

Hello again! My message to you this month centers on a goal – to update a kitchen without changing its bones, the kitchen cabinets or countertops. We were up to the challenge! As you know, what an interior designer does is reveal concepts that might not be obvious but make such a big difference. Everyone likes to be near the food! Paint is a wonderful way to create change.  The kitchen cabinets set the tone and, fortunately, this family is not afraid of bringing color into their home. The SW 9134 Delft gloss paint is t...
